Accommodation
You are not from Düsseldorf, have a long way to travel and need overnight accommodation? Then get in touch with us by e-mail. We will try to find you a private place to sleep in Düsseldorf and neighbouring towns.
Travelling costs
If you are in a very precarious economic situation, we can support you in financing the travel costs in terms of participation and inclusion – this means: partial or full reimbursement. Please contact us by email. We will then be happy to discuss the details with you.
Assumption of costs
We want to make it possible for everyone to take part in our event, so if you are traveling from another city or cannot afford to stay overnight in Düsseldorf, please send us an email to orga@suednordbrueckenafrika.org or contact us during the event. We will then support you with or reimburse you for the costs.
Solidarity contribution
The event is free of charge, but we welcome any financial support.
Important note in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation
Please note that film and sound recordings as well as photos will be made at the event for the purpose of documentation. This documentation will also be made available to the public. By participating in this event, you agree to this.
Awareness-Team
There will be an awareness team throughout the event that you can contact at any time. The awareness team has the task of providing support at the event in the event of discrimination, abusive behavior or sexual harassment.
In conflict situations or reported incidents, the awareness team’s primary task is to listen to those affected. The following principle applies: “The perception and experience of the person concerned is not denied or discussed, but listened to and accepted. “
